  1. Registration:
    a) By registering for TNChE Asia 2023, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
    b) Registration fees and deadlines will be specified on the conference website or registration portal
    c) Registration is subject to availability, and attendance is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
    d) Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. Payment:
    a) Participants are responsible for the timely payment of registration fees.
    b) Accepted payment methods will be specified on the conference website or registration portal.
    c) Any applicable taxes, bank charges, or transaction fees are the participant’s responsibility.
  3. Confirmation:
    a) Once registration and payment are received, participants will receive a confirmation email or registration confirmation page.
    b) The confirmation serves as proof of registration and should be retained for future reference.
  4. Program Changes:
    a) The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, speakers, or venue.
    b) Participants acknowledge that program changes may occur and understand that such changes do not entitle them to refunds or compensation.
  5. Liability and Insurance:
    a) Participants attend TNChE Asia 2023 at their own risk.
    b) The conference organizers and their affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the conference.
    c) Participants are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage, including travel and medical insurance, if necessary.
  6. Governing Law:
    a)These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Thailand.

By registering for TNChE Asia 2023, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
