1. Essential Information

Account Creation: All attendees (both presenters and general participants) must create an account at https://tiche2026.ubu.ac.th/ before proceeding with registration.

Registration Fees: A flat rate applies to all attendees (students, professors, and researchers).

The rates are as follows:

Registration Type Early Bird (by Mar 31, 2026) Regular (after Mar 31, 2026)

Presenter (Oral/Poster):

5,000 THB (Early Bird), 6,000 THB (Regular)

Participant (General):

3,500 THB (Early Bird), 4,000 THB (Regular)

2. Registration Steps

For Presenters (Oral/Poster)

1. Account Creation & Abstract Submission:

Click on “Abstract Submission” to create your account. Download the template from the “Download” menu, upload your abstract, and wait to receive your Abstract Code.

2. Registration & Payment:

Once your abstract is accepted, click on “Conference Registration”, select “Presenter”, and enter your Abstract Code to proceed with payment.

For General Participants

1. Account Creation:

If you are not logged in, the system will prompt you to create an account first.

2. Registration & Payment:

Click on “Conference Registration” and select “Participant (General)”. You may proceed with payment immediately without an Abstract Code.

3. Optional Full Paper Submission (For Presenters Only)

Registered presenters may submit a full paper at no additional cost via the “Full Paper Submission” menu by April 30, 2026, and must select Option 1 or Option 2;

Option 2: Publication in the Thai Environmental Engineering Journal (TEEJ)

Please Note: You must upload your manuscript through the TIChE system using your Abstract Code in order to waive publication fees.

4. Billing and Receipt Information

Initial Entry:

Enter your receipt information (billing address) during the registration process.

Modifications:

You may update your billing details by logging in, then navigate to the Dashboard (top-right corner), and select the Conference

Registration section. Please note that modifications can only be made once within 14 days of registration and cannot be changed after the conference begins.

• Receipt Collection:

Official printed receipts will be available for pick-up at the registration desk during the conference (June 9–10, 2026).

Please Note: Participants in the TIChE Senior Project Contest 2026 and TIChE High School Project Contest 2026 sessions should use the dedicated submission menus located at the bottom of the website.
